My dad, Dr. Mayer, received a couple of emails from our good friend, Randi at Adopt-A-Pet.  It seems a couple of dogs were stolen right in front of their owners.  One was at a dog park in Urbana and the other was from a front yard in one of the western suburbs of Chicago.  Randi also said a couple of dogs were stolen from cars in the Woodfield parking lot.  I love to go for rides with Dad but he said we were going to have to be very careful and he was not going to leave me in the car when he could not see me.  Also when we hang out at the dog park Dad said he is going to stay close to the entrance.  It is too bad we have to worry about this but I thought you should know what is happening.

My friends here at Abell would like to say thank you for our blessings, our families, friends, clients, and patients.

May everyone have a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Love, Cali
